Updated Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a late fee of $50. Fee must be paid before booking your next session.
• No-call/no-shows (or not being present when your therapist arrives for an in home session) will be subject to a fee up to the cost of the booked session. Fee must be paid before booking your next session.
• Waiving cancellation fees for emergencies and illnesses will be considered case by case. Please call your therapist at (248) 702-5885 if you need to cancel on short notice.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
